Cowbell Brewing Company is a Canadian Destination Brewery, with a state-of-the-art brewing facility and fully accessible restaurant and retail store. They are also a carbon positive operation, as confirmed by Enviro-Stewards (link).
Cowbell is water efficient, relative to other mid-sized breweries. Beyond that, Cowbell replenishes the 3.5 litres used to make each litre of beer served in its’ restaurant by ensuring that an equivalent amount of safe water is replenished (Cup for Cup) where it is needed.
